Q: What are you most excited to learn about in your role?

I’m coming from a dedicated agency to an OEM. So, I’m excited to dive into a variety of client industries, from hospitality services to banking to education. Each industry and client has a unique set of opportunities to learn from. I’m also excited to work with Media One’s very experienced production teams.

Q: What is your favorite part of working in Project Management?

It’s never boring. Figuring out the best approach to reach an objective while addressing challenges, there’s never a dull moment.

Q:  Tell us about your past industry experience.

I’ve been working in the advertising and marketing industry for over 15 years, wearing various hats, but always in project delivery. For a big part of my career I freelanced, and had the opportunity to work at very large agencies and also very small but mighty startups, and everything in between. Most recently I’ve been focusing on developing strong Project Delivery teams, and systems that support the agency’s objectives and the people that make it all happen.

Q: Where do you find your inspiration?

Inspiration these days comes from the always-changing and hilarious internet culture, mostly YouTube. There are so many great artists, teachers, thinkers on YouTube, all with different backgrounds and approaches, there’s always something to draw inspiration from.

Q: What is one thing you cannot live without?

An oat milk latte with a freshly baked butter croissant. Yes, that’s one thing.
