Derek Rider
Director, Business Development
Derek brings to Media One Creative Inc. his experience in both advertising and communications. After graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor’s of Broadcast Journalism, Derek spent some time at Business News Network, working as a journalist, as he was in the process of building his advertising firm, Rider Enterprises Inc. With clients ranging from banking, insurance, software, advertising and food, Derek has established himself as one of the notable young minds in the advertising business. As a young entrepreneur, Derek quickly caught the eye of the Toronto business community and was a finalist in Canada’s FuEL Awards, noted as one of Canada’s top young entrepreneurs in 2011 and 2012 by PROFIT Magazine. Derek is a tech and travel enthusiast, often found playing the latest video game or planning his next trip to a far-off destination in between closing new deals. At Media One Creative Inc., Derek acts as the Director of Business development and is a key contact in both growing the agency and direct client side of the business
Corey Peck
Director, Operations
Corey brings to Media One Creative Inc. his experience in both Production Management and Technical Direction. After earning his degree from the world renowned Radio and Television Arts program at Ryerson University, Corey co-founded an audio post production and recording facility, Epik Productions, where he gained his experience dealing with Canada's film and television industry. Epik Productions is also the exclusive studio partner for 102.1 the Edge Indie Online (Corus Entertainment) and has worked with over 400 of Canada's up-and-coming artists over the past 3 years. In 2009, Corey was featured in The Globe and Mail for managing one of the first productions teams in the world to shoot a concert in 3D, and since then he has been leading teams on various multi-camera and corporate film projects. When winter time comes around, Corey is always ready for a game of pick-up hockey. He is the Director of Operations at Media One Creative Inc. and oversees all of the projects from concept to delivery.
Ross Hayes Citrullo
Director, Audio Post Production Supervisor
Ross Hayes Citrullo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in audio post production. He earned a degree from Ryerson University's famous Radio and Television Arts program, specializing in audio production. Ross previously worked at Post City Sound in Toronto, Ontario where he built a solid foundation of skills in Audio Post Production for TV and Film. In 2008 he co-founded an audio post production and recording Facility (Epik Productions) and slowly began working on projects for many of Canada's notable television and corporate brands. During his spare time, Ross is a music producer and has worked with a variety of indie and major label artists, includingThe Sheepdogs, Mariana's Trench, AWOLNATION, and Monster Truck. He is also a classically trained guitar player and is always up for a jam session.
